A Veteran Community Action Team (VCAT) or VC (Veteran Coalition) works to develop a comprehensive network of service providers and community members dedicated to ensuring veterans and their families are served efficiently. Through education, collaboration and the sharing of best practices, this can be achieved. Region 7 LAVC includes Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham Counties.
